I grew up in Belarus and moved to the United States in 2003. Since then, I have graduated from the University of Kansas with a master's of science degree in finance, as well as a BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin with a concentration in finance, investments, and banking. These courses have provided me with a strong background needed to have a successful career in financial analysis.
I realized my passion for wanting to help others with their finances when I began my first job as a bank teller. After we became a military family (my husband, Dan, is a captain in the Army), I noticed too many soldiers making bad financial decisions, and I decided to make a career helping people with their long-term financial goals. I spent the past few years working in investment compliance and joined Chris and Brian as a paraplanner in 2019. I am very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a team that helps people make good investment decisions for not only themselves but their families and community as well.
As a mom myself, I have shared the importance of thinking long-term with my kids. My daughter, Valentina, has opened her first bank account at the age of 7 and says she wants to save for a car. My son, Alex, also understands the importance of having some money saved, just in case he needs it later. As a family, we enjoy traveling, trying local cuisine, playing board games, watching family movies, and cooking meals together. We’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity to visit multiple countries in Europe. Spain was one of our favorites because of how welcoming people were toward us. Italy was also a favorite because of the delicious food.
