Chris White, CFP®, CKA®, ChFC®

Co-Founder & CEO

I got into this business in 2007 to provide for my family, retire early, have flexibility, and make good money. Those are fine reasons to choose a career, but they were all about me. In 2016, through a series of events, God made it abundantly clear to me that He entrusted this business to us to love people well and speak truth into their lives. When doing that, we have the opportunity to impact deeply and inspire change. It’s not about me, but rather about those whom God puts in my path. At the end of the day, we are in the business of loving on people and helping them make wise choices with the resources they have been entrusted.

I was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee. My wife, Kajsa, and I live on a small farm around Leiper’s Fork, where we steward 6 goats, 50+ chickens, 3 cats, 2 dogs, and 4 small human beings (Jake, Annie, Myla Jean, and Piper). I hold degrees from the University of Tennessee (BS in Communications) and Dallas Theological Seminary (MA in Biblical and Theological Studies). I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and hold other various industry designations. We love our church family at Fellowship Bible church and we intentionally focus on our fitness and nutrition. The rest of the time, you will find me on the farm in camo with muck on my boots, spending time with my beautiful bride and kiddos.

Brian Reichenbach, JD, CFP®, CAP®

Co-Founder & COO

Every day, I get to come into the office and focus all my energy on achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.

I am often asked how I became a financial planner after spending the time necessary to graduate from law school and become an attorney.  While that background is beneficial in many ways, I had a difficult time coming to terms with the adversarial nature of the legal world. I am very grateful to focus myself entirely on the best interests of not only our clients but everyone who cross my path. I am proud to surround myself with a team of dedicated, service-minded professionals, and I consider myself extremely fortunate that we have the opportunity to positively impact our world every day.

I was born in Ohio and came to Nashville in 2008. I have degrees from Miami University (Ohio) and Vanderbilt Law School. I am also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and hold various other industry designations.

While in law school, I was very fortunate to meet my wife, Allison. We now live in Brentwood with our daughter (Evelyn), black Lab (Barkley), and cat (Boots). When I find some free time, I enjoy playing basketball, cycling, or sitting quietly with a good book or crossword puzzle.

Carly Oliver

Team Lead

I joined the team by total happenstance. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, I decided to go on random interviews just for the practice. I ended up taking a job with Chris to have something professional on my resumé while planning to attend grad school. Many years later, I am working with amazing people (a few have been added since it was just the two of us) and absolutely loving what I do. It is a testament to how great Chris and Brian are that I completely changed my career path to stay with them. Under their leadership, I truly believe we are, and will continue to be, making a positive difference in the lives of so many.

When I’m not bragging about my coworkers, I enjoy reading, playing soccer, and spending as much time as I possibly can with my dog, Lila. I also have the best nephews, Cayden and Easton, who I get to spoil regularly. Because I am originally from North Carolina, I am a big Duke fan. You’ll also find me cheering for the Vols when they aren’t breaking my heart.

I mostly work behind the scenes on operations but jump in wherever it's needed. I love learning and make that a priority in my career. Our team consists of very talented and intelligent individuals that keep me on my toes.

Katya Quandt

Financial Planning Analyst

I grew up in Belarus and moved to the United States in 2003. Since then, I have graduated from the University of Kansas with a master's of science degree in finance, as well as a BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin with a concentration in finance, investments, and banking. These courses have provided me with a strong background needed to have a successful career in financial analysis.

I realized my passion for wanting to help others with their finances when I began my first job as a bank teller. After we became a military family (my husband, Dan, is a captain in the Army), I noticed too many soldiers making bad financial decisions, and I decided to make a career helping people with their long-term financial goals. I spent the past few years working in investment compliance and joined Chris and Brian as a paraplanner in 2019. I am very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a team that helps people make good investment decisions for not only themselves but their families and community as well.

As a mom myself, I have shared the importance of thinking long-term with my kids. My daughter, Valentina, has opened her first bank account at the age of 7 and says she wants to save for a car. My son, Alex, also understands the importance of having some money saved, just in case he needs it later. As a family, we enjoy traveling, trying local cuisine, playing board games, watching family movies, and cooking meals together. We’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity to visit multiple countries in Europe. Spain was one of our favorites because of how welcoming people were toward us. Italy was also a favorite because of the delicious food.

Kerianne Jenkins

Office Manager & Event Coordinator

I was born in Virginia and spent my early childhood in North Carolina, but Tennessee is where I call home. I married my husband, AJ, in 2014. We have two sons, Cayden and Easton, as well as three fur babies; Boston (golden retriever), Smoke (husky), and Sweetie (tabby cat). As a family, we love being outdoors, camping, playing cards, and watching sports. We cheer for the Titans, Predators, Vols, and Red Sox. When I find rare moments to myself, I enjoy working in the garden, painting, and reading.

Before joining this team, I worked as a Correctional Officer in Nashville. I studied Criminal Justice at MTSU with the intentions of having a successful career in law enforcement. As my family grew, I realized it was necessary to have a job with more flexibility and less risk, so that I never had to miss a baseball game or movie night. I would have never dreamed of having an office job, but because of the people I get to work with, I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
